Our health is the most important thing in our life. We need to keep ourselves fit and then look after the other things. But I have seen people who overlook it and remain busy in their work. Corporate executives work, and they don't see if prolonged seating may not be good for their health.
They ignore health issues and keep on doing their daily routine work and face major health issues afterwards. What do you say? Do you ignore small health issues and take risks or not?
