Let us know here what time you woke up today.

I first woke at around 11.30 am, but due to having some pain from my hernia, I stayed in bed until around 1 pm.

Woke just after Noon today. Got a headache so i'm taking things slow.

I woke at around 11.30 am again today but stayed in bed as I have not been sleeping too well just recently.

I daily wake up at 07:30 am as I have to drop my kids to their school. Today, they are on leave but still I woke up at the same time.

I woke quite late today due to having a sleepless night after being woken with a bad headache that felt like I had been hit over the head I very much hate migraines.

I woke at around 3 pm today.

I woke up at 3:30 in the morning. I made a cup of coffee and started working. Normally I wake up between 4 and 5 in the morning.

I have not been sleeping well at all, which has really affected me daily. I kept waking up a lot last night and into this morning, but tried to at least get some sleep, finally got up around 2 pm and gave up and will try and sleep better tonight.

I woke up really late this morning, around 7am and it’s because my body was still used to the weekend.
