I always go to bed around 11 PM in the night provided everything stays fine and normal. I have been keeping this strict routine for a very long time now so that I can wake up very early in the morning and prepare for my job.
I think I was laying down around 10:30pm est or so. Lately I've been clocking out kind of early. I like to sleep, so when I see my bed, sometimes I just go for it. I need to fix my sleep schedule though, because I'd like to sleep in a bit more lately.
Being in the second shift, I reached home at 11:30 pm and after having dinner , went to bed at 12:15 am and slept at around 1 am. My daily schedule had disturbed after going in the shifts at work. Normally, I go to bed at 11 pm and wake up at 07:30 am.
