I don't work out at home or gym. The only exercise I do is to walk. I walk three times a week, and walk 90 minutes for each walking session. Walking helps me to remain fit and healthy. What is your workout routine like, do you work out in a gym or at home?
I workout at home, and that is because there is no gym that is closer to where I live. So I got some dump bells and a barbell that I can be using to work out at home. So far it has been going pretty well for me and I’m seeing changes after some weeks.
Right now, nothing. I help clean my house, and take care of our elderly dog, but that's really all I do at the moment. I really need to jump back into a workout routine one of these days, as I've been slacking a lot on my fitness.
