What is your drink of choice before bed?

When it comes to me heading to bed, I like to have a warm drink before I head up to help me settle, unless it is a humi,d warm night in the summer, in which case I end up drinking a cold drink.

Usually, if I have a warm drink, it is either a mint hot chocolate before bed or I will have a cup of tea before bed.

What is your drink of choice before bed?

I like to drink a glass of water before I go to bed. I avoid drinking caffeinated drinks before I go to bed, I also avoid drinking carbonated drinks

I don’t necessarily take anything before sleeping. I make sure I have taken my meals and water 2 hours before bedtime.

I don't think we should drink tea before going to bed as it kills sleep. I prefer to have a glass of warm milk at night as it helps in digestion.
