Should Assisted Dying Be Legal?

What are your thoughts on assisted dying being legal in the UK?

I was all for assisted dying as long as it was done because it really was cruel to leave someone suffering from an awful disease that can not be cured. After watching my dad live with MND and watching it slowly take his life last year, I am even more in favour of assisted dying being legal in the UK for diseases that have no cure and will not have any cure any time soon.

Agree 100% with you. Sorry about your dad..thats awful.. i have nursed someone with MND.. hideous disease..
If someone is suffering with zero hope of getting better,they should be allowed to die if they wish. We dont let animals suffer…why should it be different with humans…
