This is a very serious case and the authorities involved must have done a great deal of work to discover this. It's a little bit funny how billions of dollars are disappearing just like that. And I still keep wondering how some people can be so comfortable with money that is stolen or accumulated through scams. I have heard similar cases in my country and I think it is not peculiar to a particular country. It is everywhere now.
