We are very much seeing it happen at the moment. CourageJD was doing a sponsored segment for Epic Games and the new Delulu mode yesterday, and it got a little too much; he ended up having to ask Epic if he could switch to customs to play the Delulu mode so he had more control.

Epic are very much aware of what is happening, and they do have strict penalties in place for those who break them, but I do feel more needs to be done.
