We all have a specific time of the day when we feel fresh and in best mood. And that makes us the most productive. I am a morning lark who wakes up early around 4:45 or 5 AM and the first half of the day till 2 in the afternoon is my most active and productive time. My energy level lowers after that. How about you? Are you a lark or a night owl?

I have always found that a night time between the hours or 8 pm until I head to bed, depending on what time that is, is my most productive. Very little chance of getting disurbed and I can focus more on what I need to do.

Hmm...that used to be my most productive time when my daughters were very young. I could put them to sleep and then go ahead with all the chores and pending work. Now, I have some free time post dinner till my bed time. I am totally exhausted by then to do something that would need a lot of energy. I would be winding up for the day. I make myself productive by listening to some music and doing some online hustles. Or else I would just fold the clothes, iron it and maybe read something before hitting the bed.
You are right that the time is quiet with no or less distractions and can be really made very productive.

I feel you. I always feel like I would feel better on an evening to do more productive things but now my kids are all much older, I am finding that I tend to wind down more on a night than feel I could be productive.

I can relate to that. When our kids are very young, our daily rhythms get aligned with theirs. I remember catching some naps with them in the daytime as taking care of two under age of 5 was really exhausting. By 8 PM, they both would be fast asleep. And I would use the quiet three hours to finish the pending chores and take a peaceful bath. My younger one used to wake up at 11 in the night quite energetic and it used to take me more than an hour to put her back to bed. She was so playful. I will just go to other room and play with her and then try to put her back to bed. This continued to be her routine till her 2nd birthday. Haha.

It's definitely an owl. 😂 I stay up late and feel more productive at night. Mornings are rough, so I wish I could switch, but my body refuses. Honestly, night vibes work better for me, maybe it's because of the quietness, no one to disturb your flow.

@uptrendfinancialsignal . It's okay to be a night person as long as you get enough sleep and rest for your health and it does not interfere with any functioning of your life. Each one of us are different. Man is supposed to be diurnal but then we have always contributed uniqueness and flexibility to human beings.
