Is there still too much competition between forums?

Forum as we know, are still struggling as social media still seems to dominate the internet, but there are a group of people, much like us here at Chat Addicts, who are trying to keep forums alive.

Unfortunately, I do still see some competition between forums, and I feel that does not help with forums being in the position they are in when it comes to social media.

Do you feel there is still too much competition between forums nowadays?

Well, it kinda depends on how many forums there are in your niche` to begin with. If there aren't a lot of forums in your niche` to begin with then it might not be so hard.

The other part is doing something to stand out and making your forum unique from the others that are in your niche`.

I do not see too much competition between forums. Even when the forums are on the same niche, I think they have created their own audience and there is no such thing as competition. Forum is a small world and most forums are struggling for survival.
