How often do you take a break for your mental health?

Something I have learned over the years is that I must always put myself first, especially when it comes to my mental health. I used to just keep going, even when I knew I had to take a break, and that was never a good idea.

How often do you take a break for your mental health?
 
I try to take a break at least once a week. Honestly, just sitting back, scrolling or listening to music helps me reset. 😂 Sometimes I take a nap for 20 minutes and it’s like I get a brand new energy. In honesty, work piles up, so it's normal to forget to rest, but we need to understand that taking breaks are equally important. Everyone needs small pauses here and there for mental health.
 
Everyday of my life, I always take breaks from work in the evening to ensure that my mental health is in optimum condition. By 5PM, all kinds of work closes for me. I need to ensure that I am mentally fit to work the next day. I watch movies and play games in that evening period to help my mental health get boosted. I don't play with mental health because it affects my productivity.
