The best one out of the two for me is definitely signing up in the gym. But the challenge is that many people do not do not have easy access to gym facilities around them. So in that sense they do not have a choice than to work out at home.
Still, others believe that you can get the same results from both home and gym workouts.

But if you could choose, which one will you go for?

I haven't done much working out lately, but if I do workout, it's going to be at home where I can privately look like a fool. I don't like going to a gym to workout among other people. I probably could do it, but I am not about to spring for a gym membership anytime soon. I'm sure I could do a good workout routine at home with what I already have. But, if it's a more private gym, where I'm with a group of friends, I might consider it, but usually it's at home workouts for me.

I don't work out but I will definitely prefer gym as there I would be trained by professional. I don't want myself to get strained or injured by doing wrong exercise, also I will be more disciplined if I go to gym rather than working out at home

I had a good laugh reading that. 😅
So you feel more comfortable in a private gym than a public one. This is most people, but it’s just that there is a lot to learn in a public gym compared to a private one.

I've never gone to the gym before, all my workouts, I do at home and I follow some fitness coach influencers on social media to practice too. I do understand that the gym can create an atmosphere where I can be motivated and push harder but even at home, you can do great if you are consistent
