What is some of your countries favorite food? Here in New Zealand we have a thing called Fry bread.

Fry bread in NZ, also known as parāoa parai, is a simple, delicious Māori fried dough popular at food markets and home cooking. It's made from a basic yeast dough, cut into pieces, and deep-fried until golden and puffed. It can be served as a side with savory dishes or enjoyed sweet with toppings like butter, jam, or honey.

When it comes to favourite food from my country, I would have to go with traditional fish and chips from a local chippy :)

You just can't beat a fish and chips!

Jollof rice is a stable food in my country and you can prepare it in different ways depending on what you want. Especially the smoky type that is prepared with firewood. There's something special about that firewood aroma. If you add fried plantain and grilled chicken, OMG! That combo is the best ever 😂. I also like yam and egg sauce, especially on rainy mornings. Sometimes I still remember how we used to buy Jollof late at night after studying for exams.
