This is so sad to hear. I hope they find out the issue as to what caused him to suffer the head injuries he did :(

A man who died after suffering "serious head injuries" while "working on a fairground ride" has been named as Corrie Lee Stavers.

Emergency services were called to the Spanish City Summer Funfair in Whitley Bay in North Tyneside after reports that a man, in his 20s, had been injured around 2.15pm on Saturday, police said.

Mr Stavers, 28, was treated at the scene but was declared dead a short time later.

Accidents like that hurt differently because it’s supposed to be a fun place. And when places like that turn into chaos, it leaves a heavy talk in our lips and saddens our heart. I remember going to small carnivals as a kid and the excitement was out of this world. So hearing about someone dying there just hits hard. But what we do here is quite different, anytime such a carnival is to be held, there are always security guards on ground. The family must be going through real pain.
