Most people these days just eat anything they see, without thinking about the repercussions it can have on their health. To maintain a healthy lifestyle it is important to know what you eat and choose the ones that will improve your health.

Do you watch well what you eat?
 
I've been trying to watch what I eat. I've been trying to cut out stuff high in salt and been trying to eat healthier, but I could be doing better. I still eat pizza quite often, so that's got to change eventually.
 
I eat whatever I see . I don't calculate calories intake but definitely I check intake of certain food like I don't eat meat, fried food, spicy food.
 
I only eat what my body can afford. There are foods I don't like to eat, like pork, duck meat, and more. I am also not a heavy eater. I don't like my body heavy.

Yes, there are many of them, which is why they look fatty, overwrought. They lack self-control. I have maintained my weight since age 17, 110 pounds.

Whereas I don't eat meat but I am still overweight.😀. My height is 5'10" and my weight is 85 kgs and I am deliberate to reduce it to 75 kgs or less.
 
There was a time when i use to just eat anything that comes my way, but these days i am learning to watch what i eat to remain healthy as much as possible.

That's a great resolution to cut off some cravings. There are days that I like to eat without a break. But the next day I jog. I don't like to get fatty 😝.

Lol that's nice. Like right now i am currently doing some intermittent fasting to break on Sunday.

I am not fasting any time in a day or week; I only fast during Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. I love to eat fried chicken legs and beef stew with a lot of spices he he. Eat pa more,
 
I try my best to eat good food and be careful of what I eat, but I am not a perfect person. I try to cut down on sugary drinks and junk food but sometimes cravings can come in and I might just take a little sip. Balance is what matters here and that is why I tried to enjoy the food without overdoing it. I make sure that most of the food I eat are healthy and nourishing.

Lol that's nice, do you guys not have fasting programs in church besides these days you mentioned?
