Do You Meditate? Why Do You Meditate?

I am doing meditation from last 10years. I do breath meditation (observing breath). I am doing it for peacefulness and mental health. I can say some emotional Blocks will be released if we practice meditation.
 
No, I don't meditate. Yes, meditation has some benifits like relaxing mind and to focus more on the things. People should do it in today's world when people are suffering more from the stress because of the fast life we are living.
 
Meditation helps me clear my mind. I have mastered the art so that I have a clear mind to make the right decisions when necessary. It also gives me peace of mind and improves my overall outlook on life.
 
I've never done meditation before, but have thought about it. I was going to take up yoga at one point, and I feel like meditation is sort of part of that, at least in some ways. But I think meditation could be good to try. What would you guys recommend for someone who hasn't done meditation yet?
