Do you believe ghosts are real?

I myself do not believe in ghosts. Growing up though I would disagree with adult me, because back in the day I did believe. But, as I've gotten older, my belief in ghosts has gone away. I no longer believe there is a such thing as ghosts, and the things we've witnessed is either in our own head, or we're seeing things that are just not there. Nothing I've seen has proven to me that ghosts exist, even shows like Ghost hunters would show us episode after episode of nothing. And when they did show us something, it often looked fake or could be anything.

But, what are your beliefs on ghosts, do you believe they exist? Have you witnessed something you can't explain?

No I don’t believe in ghosts one bit. As long as no scientific proof has been gotten and no one can blindly come out and say that they have had encounters with proof, it will remain a myth.

No, I also don't believe on ghosts. There are many people who claim that they have seen the ghosts but what they say seems to be a story rather than the reality. I belive in what I see or hear but I have never seen them so don't belive. In childhood we used to get scared in the dark as believed that ghosts will appear in the dark but when I grew up such thoughts vanished from my mind.

I think the only way I'd believe it, is if I witnessed something paranormal with a group of people that also can verify they saw something. The problem is that it's hard to prove the idea of ghosts, because I haven't seen anything that would say there are ghosts.

It could also be something they only witnessed, like they saw something they can't explain, and assume it was a ghost. Like seeing a shadow that you can't explain, or seeing what you think to be a face in the darkness. But the human mind likes to play tricks on us, so oftentimes what we do see, could just be something our minds made up.

Absolutely, most of the time the ghosts are our imagination. There is no concrete evidence for their existence. I have heard lots of stories by people about their encounter with the ghosts but they see to be just their fantasies and not the real thing. I remember one of my friends told me he saw a ghost while going to home from office but he never could give people the evidence of the same so the people never believed him. I am not saying that he was wrong but there should be something on the basis of which people may believe him.
