Are you a sole earner of your family?

I am, indeed. My wife is doing a great job taking care of the house and the children, as I have always wanted her to do. I never have to ask her to do a job because I get paid well at my regular offline job. I've observed that the couple has trouble taking care for the children while working to make ends enough to survive. Are you the family's only source of income? Do you want your wife to work to make money if you're not married?

Yes, I am the only one who makes money in my family. My wife took a break from the job when she became pregnant. Then she started preparing for competitive exams therefore, did not rejoin the job even after our kid started going to school

I am still a single man, so I don’t have my own immediate family yet. However when I eventually do I want to have a dual income family. Times are hard, so putting all the pressure on just one person alone can bring about frustration.
Two is better than one in this regard.

Yes, I am currently the main earner in the family and it's a difficult situation to be honest but I always find a way to take care of our responsibilities and balance the finances properly. I do not mind if my partner works too as long as she supports me. With that, we can share the load and that'll be a big relief.

No, while my husband and I don't work. (We are disabled) . He gets a VA pension that is more the my SSI check.

Not exactly because I'm not married and I'm staying with my parents and my siblings. And I have no plans as yet to live separately and would like to stay united with my parents and siblings

Great! if you have been in that position, you will understand that it’s not easy. Every small issue is on your neck. You start calculating the money for the smallest of things, It helps to build responsibility though, because you can’t just waste funds. But honestly, having others contribute helps a lot. Carrying all the weight alone can break someone's mentally.

We have a family company's business that's very run and managed by my brother and myself. The business have been in my family for over 40 years.

I also have other businesses that I own as well like my poultry and fish farming.

At the moment, I am the sole earner in the household. I am disabled, but I also choose to work from home as I couldn't not work to some extent.

My eldest kids are looking for work at the moment, but with the current state of things at the moment, it is not made easy.
