We see a lot of promotion forums around the internet, some of which tend to stay around for a while and others who tend to start up, stick around for a little and then close up.

Something I have noticed, not on all promotion forums but on some, is that they can be a little biased on what can and can not be advertised on their promotion forum; sometimes this is because they are a site of the same niche.

Are some promotion forums biased?
