After being in the prison for 43 years, Subramanyam is now free. He was charged for the murder of his former roommate when he was 19 years old. And now when he cleared US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, they took him into custody, as they want him to deport to India. His family is fighting the case for a person who has lived in the US more than in India.

How sad that he lost 43 years of his golden life in jail? Who is going to pay for what he lost in his life? He should be given justice and compensation for what ruined his life.

It hurts me when I read it. Imagine losing 43 years of your life for something you didn’t do, then they still want to deport you after that 😩. Sometimes, life is very unfair especially when you are a second rated citizen or you are not in your country. That’s pure wickedness. Justice is not supposed to work that way at all. They should compensate him, not punish him again. Sometimes this world is cruel.

@uptrendfinancialsignal That's what I thought when I read the news. What was the fault of this man who spent 43 years in prison for the crime that he didn't commit, and in spite of compensating him, the government is deporting him from their country? That's very sad.
