Something I have done a lot of over the years, and even now, I find myself doing it. I will shut myself off with my earbuds and listen to music. I have a playlist of songs by singers whom I enjoy, and when I listen to them, it helps me relax, especially when the reason I shut off in the first place was because of stress.
