Solved Red Glow

I purchased red glow from the shop which is supposed to make my username have a red glow but on the configure page it asks me what post I want to add it to. I thought it shows on every post?

This was an error on my part when setting up the shop item. I have refunded any ChatterCoins that were used to purchase, and I have fixed the issue, so the item is now back in the shop, but it is the correct one
