Would you like to settle in another country?

I see lots of people go and settle in another country for better opportunities and other reasons, and many of them are not able to cope with the culture of that country. If given a chance, would you like to settle in another country? I won't because I know I won't be able to adapt myself to another culture.

No matter how much i complain about my country, i still love my country. At the moment am not sure if i would want to settle down somewhere else, but one thing is certain, i would definitely love to travel to other places and spend time there but still come back to my country whenever i want to.

No, I never dreamed of living in another country. I have been to New Zealand 13 times, but I cannot afford to live in a country with a winter season. It is super sold. I love the climate in my beloved country, the Philippines.

@Starmix I have heard Newzealand is a beautiful country and people dream of living there. Same like you I love my country and won't like to settle somewhere else.

@eLdavis I also would love to travel and spend few days in other countries but will never think of settle in some other country forever.

Honestly, I don’t mind settling in another country, not permanently maybe, but at least long enough to experience something different from what I am used to in my country . I’ve seen videos of people walking freely at night abroad which I would also like to experience, but at the same time, I still love home. The food, the noise, even the chaos here and there adds to the vibe. If I ever settle outside, I’ll still come back often. No place like home.
