On August 27, a gaming industry leaker shared more specifications surrounding a planned PlayStation 6 handheld console, namely noting that the console could include a dock that would allow the unit to connect to a TV and have a higher clock speed. The leaker compared the proposed PlayStation handheld console's dock to the one used by the Nintendo Switch 2, and noted the spec differences between docked and handheld modes on the PS6.
