How often do you fly kites?

Many people used to fly kites in our country. However, the government banned the sale and usage of kites in our country a long time ago. I am not sure about other countries. So, do you fly kites?

I can't say that I fly kites too often where I live, even though we get a lot of wind. In the UK, we tend to have a lot of electric wires and phone wires around the area in which the kite can get caught up in; we also have a lot of trees.

The best place to fly kites is the beach, but the weather is not always the greatest for that.

Flying kites is banned in my country. This is due to the fact that flying kites usually involve many accidents. Many people got strangled and many people lost their lives after falling from roofs.
