How do you stay consistent while working out?

Working out requires consistency no doubt. If you are not ready to amount. Be
dedicate time, energy and resources to the course. But there are times when the motivation is just not there, and the moment it happens once then you will be giving excuses after excuses not to show up.

What helps you to be consistent while working out?
 
I don't go to gym because of the time constraints. Yes, if you want to keep yourself fit them you need to be disciplined and must be consistent. My son goes to gym regularly and he is consistent because one of his friends goes with him and he is his motivation.
