Well, Halloween is not a part of Indian culture. Though we have people from various faiths here, Halloween is not known by the majority population. Those living in metro cities with expat population and global exposure have starred knowing it in recent times. Few malls in metro cities also gear up with costumes and decorations. Youths of digital Era are picking it up slowly.
I stayed in the US and few other countries for almost 14 years. During my stay, I got to know this.
My younger daughter was born in Phoenix, Arizona on Halloween Day. I remember the doctor and other staffs in hospital in their funny and weird costumes. And the hospital was all decorated in Halloween theme. That's the most special memory associated with this day.
