Are you used to keeping money at home? Is it safe to do it? There might be eyes following you like a family member who loves money despite being jobless, lol. It is also good to keep some amount of money at home. Not all stores, especially small stores, accept payments via credit card. In my case, I do keep money at home. Every morning, a fish vendor knocks at our door, selling fresh fish and shrimp. Of course, cash is used to pay the fish vendor. There are times when I buy meat like beef and chicken in the public market, so cash is required. There is no machine to swipe a credit card in the ubic market. Apart from that reason, there is also no VAT inclusion in every purchase in the public market.
