How do you deal with a toxic boss?

Do you like talkative people?
@Ginger So you like people who speak when it is required. I don't like such people because they seem to be selfish. I like people who smile and talk to the people irrespective of whether they don't have their own benefits. -
My cough is not getting cured
@Ginger The Delhi government has banned sales of crackers during Diwali, but still people manage to purchase crackers from nearby states. It's sad that people know that cracker bursting causes pollution, but they still do it. -

@Ginger I know. I joined Forumrace when it started, but I left it when there was a paid subscription. I regretted it, and then I joined it again, and I am now happy that I am a part of the site now. I know the hard work of @Mike30 will pay him in the future.- Sanjeev

@eLdavis Yes, that would be helpful, but that requires time, and my present job is so demanding that I am not in a situation to start a business at the moment, but definitely it's in my mind, and I will start it once things settle. -

@Ginger That's right. We must find out some ways that may be productive and help us to keep ourselves mentally relieved. Such things are very essential when people are getting deceased because of the stress.- Sanjeev
