    I woke up at 3:30 in the morning. I made a cup of coffee and started working. Normally I wake up between 4 and 5 in the morning.

    I come from a farmer's family, we make money by selling out surplus produce. We sell rice, corn, lentils, and mustard. While I believe everyone should try subsistence farming, there is no harm in earning by selling surplus.

    I don't do home work out, I don't go to the gym either. If you are disciplined and if you have gym equipment home workout can also be very good. But is is really difficult to remain consistent with home workout.

    I don't work out, the only exercise I do is walking. I enjoy walking as during my walk, I contemplate on ideas. Walking is a fun time for me

    I don't watch what I eat but I try to limit my calorie intake the very next day. For instance, if I have eaten a lot of food, the very next day I will either skip meal or eat very little

    How do you ensure quality family time?

    Eating together, having a nice chit chat, going for shopping together, doing chores, and similar household activities builds our bond. We also go for family picnic or children part, watching kids play gives us a lot of happiness.

    I don't have a joint account with my spouse. We keep our money separately, it is usually me who pays the bill and she saves for financial emergencies. Sometimes she also helps me when making big purchases.
