What is one thing you would like to change in yourself?

If given a chance to change in yourself what would you like to change?

If I were given a chance I would like to have a more fit body. I am overweight and don't have a long and thin neck which decrease my personality. What would you like to change about yourself?
 
You need to do a lot of exercise to reduce your weight. It's also essential to measure the food you eat. What I want to change in myself is my attitude. I'm a generous person. I buy gifts to whoever celebrates a birthday at my workplace giving them gifts during Christmas but I never have received any gift from them 😔. I don't mind giving for my family they're my inspiration.
 
I would change my weight, I am technically obese, but have hopes of shedding some of the weight. I have lost some weight over the past few months, but it's been slow going. And it doesn't help that I sometimes get lazy and fall into old habits. But if I can put my mind to it, I'd lose as much weight as I can, to experience life again as someone who is kind of skinny.
 
I am a slim person, and there is no need for me to reduce my weight. I am a deep-sea swimmer, and this makes me look good. Those overweight, avoid eating fatty foods and too sugary. They expand your weight.

Absolutely sometimes you feel bad for generosity. I wish you may be able to change your habit. But that's true it's not easy to change it. It's hard people don't understand your nature.

Should I send you a gift on Christmas?
 
Given the chance, if I could change anything, it would be my confidence and to learn to love myself that much more. I feel that due to my past, I always put myself down or compare myself to others when I should be focusing on myself and being more confident.

Try to be consistent with your goal to reduce your weight. Having a daily exercise can help you meet your goal. Avoid eating too sugary and carbohydrate-containing food.
 
Being diabetic I don't eat sugary things. I suffer from body pain everytime. It is may be because of the diabetes or may be I get tired due to my job. Definitely, making rules and adhering them is the best thing when you want to reduce your weight
