According to the Japanese government, the country now has a record-breaking 100,000 people who are 100 years of age or older. As of September, there were 99,763 centenarians in Japan, breaking the previous record for the 55th consecutive year, the health ministry announced on Friday. Women made up an astonishing 88% of that total.
I wonder how people there live for that long when most of the people die in between 60-80 years here. Maybe the healthy diet and life style is the key reason for people living long.
