In the UK, we have just had a heatwave, and even though it is supposed to cool down for a day for some of us, many will continue to have the heat again from Thursday.
Something I have noticed is just how much more tired I feel now since it has cooled down a little, and I am guessing it is due to sleepless nights with the heat,
