What time did you go to bed last night?

For me, it was around 11 pm, if I remember rightly, I managed to fall asleep but kept waking up.

I always go to bed around 11 PM in the night provided everything stays fine and normal. I have been keeping this strict routine for a very long time now so that I can wake up very early in the morning and prepare for my job.

I think I was laying down around 10:30pm est or so. Lately I've been clocking out kind of early. I like to sleep, so when I see my bed, sometimes I just go for it. I need to fix my sleep schedule though, because I'd like to sleep in a bit more lately.

Being in the second shift, I reached home at 11:30 pm and after having dinner , went to bed at 12:15 am and slept at around 1 am. My daily schedule had disturbed after going in the shifts at work. Normally, I go to bed at 11 pm and wake up at 07:30 am.

I always sleep at 9 in the evening and wake up at 4. I already feel sleepy at 8, but I hold it because there are things I need to finish, like the Chinese drama, he he. I like to watch a Chinese drama acted by my idol dragon lord.

I finally went to bed at 1 AM and even that wasn’t intentional. I had aimed to sleep but one minor distraction turned into another. Checking my phone reading a bit watching a quick video. And the next moment I looked at the clock and it was silent everywhere. This has been happening to me frequently lately perhaps because there’s always something, on my mind. I definitely need to begin going to bed early though.
