How do you practice gratitude or mindfulness in your daily life?
Like for example Some people keep gratitude journals or meditate every morning while others just try to stay present and appreciate little moments throughout the day. Do you have any specific routines or practices that help you stay grounded and thankful or is it more spontaneous for you? I feel like it's so easy to get caught up in stress and forget to appreciate what we have. What works best for you to maintain that mindful perspective especially on really hectic days?
