Do you like going for morning walk?

I like but because of the work schedule I rarely go for the walk but from today I have decided that I will take out sometimes from my routine for health so went for a brisk walk in a nearby park where me and my elder brother had a walk. My elder brother wanted to do it because of his being overweight and other problems he is facing because of it.

I hope we will be able to do it regularly and will be benefited.

I am only doing this every afternoon at 5 after work. I do a 25 walk daily, but firing rainy days, I dont walk. There are also times like during holidays, I jog in the beach and swim after jogging.

That's great! Swimming is a good exercise in itself. You burn lots of excess fats through it only.

For a while now i have not been going for morning walks due to security reasons and also due to being extremely busy for awhile now, but am hoping to start again as from on monday.

I always walk to work on a daily basis, and that’s what I consider my morning walk. The walk is not that far, so I use that time to reason a lot of things and ideas.

And that's sad I could not be able to continue it for last two days as I could not woke up as slept late at night. But I am trying hard to continue it as this is the only exercise I may be able to do.

Yeah, but I am slim, I weigh 110 pounds. I started swimming in the deep sea at age 17.
