If I am opportuned to eat one cuisine for the rest of my life, then it would be a Nigerian food. I can't do without jollof rice, egusi soup and pounded yam. I remember when I was in the university, I survived on fried rice and suya alone for a very long time, even small Ankara and moi moi can take me a long way . I'm not saying that other cuisines are not okay but our local flavor beats them or anywhere I go, I always come back to Nigerian dishes.

I cannot live eating the same thing daily, but if I am supposed to do it, then I prefer Indian food only. I can survive on rice mixed with kidney beans, chickpeas, or any type of lentils. I don't like non-vegetarian food but can survive on the vegetables.
