In Delhi, when the property rates are so high, it's not easy for someone to have his/her own house. But I am fortunate that I have two properties here, of which we have given one on rent, and in one property, we all brothers live.

What about you? Do you have your own house, or do you live in a rented house?

Me and my partner are boarding with my parents currently but we are looking at moving cities so once we do that we will be renting.

I am currently renting a house but I am working towards building one in the near future. Everyone wants to have a house of their own eventually, and it’s part of what we work for.

That's fine. These days when a bank offers a good loan for buying a home, it has become easy to buy a home nowadays. I also have a parental house, which I own now. We have a four-floor building where we all brothers live. If you're planning to buy a house, you should plan it now because once you get married, you will find it difficult to spend money on EMI.

For now, I’m still renting. Buying a house in this present hardship is not easy. Interestingly, I got an offer from an old woman who wants to sell her house. She specifically wanted me to buy it, she even brought the price down but I don't have the money right now. It's around $7000.

I have not bought a house yet. But my parents have given me a house. I am not staying there though because it is sort of in the suburbs. Majority of my personal belongings are there. But I have rented a house in the heart of the city to stay. I go to that my house when I want to relax away from all the noise in the city. I own a property and I rent also.
