Due to my chronic pain condition, earlier this year I invested in an electric blanket and it was the best decision I made now it's getting colder.

I use it every night before I go to sleep and it helps a lot with the pain.

Do you use an electric blanket?

No, I have not used an electric blanket ever. Also I have never heard about it. How it works , can you explain?

With an electric blanket, you place it on your mattress and secure it with the elastic on the sides underneath your mattress. You then make your bed as you would normally, and then you can turn it on or off when you need it, and it will heat your bed to a temperature you are happy with :)

So much better than climbing into a cold bed on a cold night :)

@Spooky Shortie In winters here the minimum temperature reaches -10°C, so at our place we don't require it; it's the reason why I don't know about it. Electric blankets or mattresses are something new for me. This may be a necessity in the countries where the temperature reaches too low but not here.

No, never used one before. Our weather does not even allow that kind of thing most times. Maybe during harmattan it’d make sense, but I just wrap myself with thick duvet and I’m good.
