In any business we think the customer is always right because if we lose our customers, we won't be able to run our business, but sometimes the customer goes beyond the limit, and he/she is not right. What is to be done in that case? How to tell the customer that he/she is not right?Do you also think that the customer is not always right? Sometimes the owner is right, but to tell the customer his/her mistake is always risky.

Lol, not all the time. Some customers are very rude and unreasonable. I’ve worked in a place where someone insulted the whole staff just because of a little delay. I believe respect should go both ways. Yes, customers are important, but they are not kings. A good business should stand firm sometimes, because people take advantage of that “customer is always right” line too much.
