Going out for walks is great for mental health, as well as helping keep you active and healthy as well. As much as it is advised to get out walking as much as we can, there could be many reasons why we can not always do so.
I tend to get out and walk as much as I can when I am not in too much pain from a fibromyalgia flare-up, but I will have days when I physically can't.
I go for a walk every day, usually in the late afternoon, unless the weather is extreme. I have been walking for many years. I enjoy walking. It is not only good for my body but also helps me maintain my mental and emotional health.
