Fruit is something that we should eat daily. It is advised that we eat up to five pieces of fruit per day for a healthy, balanced diet.
I always try to eat fruit daily with a mixture of apples, bananas, satsumas, grapes, and strawberries, but I will admit that some days I just do not fancy fruit and will eat less or sometimes none.
